Our Process
After an initial consultation and agreement to move forward, here’s how we will work closely with you to bring your new home to reality.
Layout
- We start with a rudimentary rough layout to ensure all basic needs are met in the design.
- Next we draw up an organized layout with basic arrangement of rooms and spaces.
- Then we draw up a detailed layout (blueprint).
- Next is the bid set of floor-plans; this allows us to finalize pricing of materials, and labor based on the approved blueprint.
- Then we draw a bid set of elevations to ensure your new home has the curb appeal you desire.
- Finally, we create custom 3-D Rendered mock ups, and we can walk you through your entire house in 3-D.
