Realizing the endless possibilities of creative design, attention to details and superior craftsmanship, the brothers have elevated the contracting field to a new level. They have made their way from the bottom to the top with a relentless pursuit for client satisfaction.
The experience Jason and Garett gained growing up in and around the construction industry helped them learn not only how to build great structures, but more importantly how to build long lasting client relationships.
Today, the Boutwell team continues to build their company's credentials by way of communication, quality and service. They aspire to inspire, seeking always to leave their projects BuiltWell.
Jason BoutwellJason is co-owner of Boutwell Contracting & Development alongside brother Garett. A graduate of Florida State University, he went on to secure his Realtor's license and became personally invested in the real estate market, building new homes and then selling them. Creating a dream home for families and individuals became a personal focus, which led to the idea of Boutwell Contracting & Development. Jason is a state certified General Contractor CGC #1515056. |
Garett BoutwellAs a graduate from the University of North Florida, Garett signed on with a construction company in Jacksonville, Florida, as foreman and assistant supervisor. After gaining years of experience working in the commercial sector, he collaborated with his brother, Jason, on the idea of Boutwell Contracting & Development. Garett is a state certified General Contractor CGC #1512156. |
Jessica BrayJessica is Boutwell Contracting & Development's office manager, acting as the company's right hand lady. Keeping up with the day-to-day tasks and scheduling allows Jason and Garett to focus on the current projects in the field. She runs a tight ship, and the results are seen within the larger picture of each new job. |
